GAJA

Underground Korean grub & drink

Hidden on an East Atlanta Village side street, the unsuspecting interiors of Gaja reflect the exterior. US-trained Korean Chef Allen Suh wanted his culture to inspire the design of Gaja. The relaxed Korean restaurant’s menu concentrates on offering adventurous takes on East Asian classics. The space is located within a one story brick building and shows off a visible steel truss barrel-vaulted roof structure. The contrast of exposed brick and hot rolled steel wall create a setting unlike any other in the area. The ‘underground’ restaurant and bar showcases custom signage, banners, flags, and memorabilia inspired by Korea.
